1. Pay my debts and funeral expenses
2. To my wife Margaret all my household goods and furniture
    also one team of horses, eight head of horned cattle,
    seven sheep, one pair of harrows, one plough, one
    colt, two wagons, one horse rake, one farming mill
    and all other implements in common with my son
    Hiram, also a living of proceeds of farm, as long as she is
    my widow.
3. To my son Hiram S 1/2 of E 1/2 of lot 4, conc 5 Winch Tp.
    except 12 1/2 acres deeded to James Gordon Baker
    and two acres deeded to my son Alonzo Baker
    subject to the following bequests
    To my son Charles $400 when 21 yrs of age.
