Mary, her daughter Belle, Harry Butcher (Belle's husband) and Lloyd (Belle's son, about 12 at the time) came to live with Irwin Baker's family on the farm in Saskatchewan. They built them a house on their property where they lived until buying their own land and house. They were very close and shared family meals and holidays. Mary was always known as "Mary Potts." After Morris and Eldora moved their family to BC Aunt Mary stayed with them in their house in Delta. Belle and Harry first moved to Kimberley, BC and then to Trail. Lloyd and his wife, Min lived in Northern Alberta with their daughters (4 or 5) and son. Their son, Dan Butcher, played for the Edmonton Eskimos (1982-83) football team.
